The Rebuilding Process
- The machine is dismantled at 50 to 70%.
- The frame is cleaned and repainted.
- All assemblies are dismantled to the component level.
- Most of the parts in contact with the paper are replaced (rubber rolls, belts, etc...).
- Machine is rewired, electrical box is new.
- Motor and Drive are replaced in most of the cases.
- Machine is then upgraded according to your request.
- Finally, the machine is tested at full speed
